The Supreme Council, composed of the Civil Chamber and the Commercial and Maritime Chamber, issued the following decision at its public session held at the Palace of Justice after deliberation:
Considering Ordinance No. 72/74 of July 12, 1974, in particular Article 07 thereof.
Considering the letter addressed by the President of the Civil Chamber on January 11, 1979 to the First President of the Supreme Council requesting the referral of case no: 16994 to the two chambers.
In view of the First President’s order of January 25, 1979 to refer the said case to a panel composed of the Civil Chamber and the Commercial and Maritime Chamber.
